One body, many parts to the whole.

In today's reading these two verses kind of stood out above the rest today when I was reading in Romans 12. "Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep. Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion."  (Rom.12:15-16)*

I know that last part is hard for me to hear, but it really spoke to me today, and it is a good reminder focus on more important matters in loving others.

Prayer: Jesus, my prayer is that when I see people hurting, help me to show compassion. When I see people rejoicing let me share joy. Help me where I need to be humble, and not seek wisdom in ways that are not from you. Amen.
